Sodium Thiosulfate 10g
Oxbile 5g
Sodium Cholate 3g
Sucrose 20g
Sodium Chloride 10g
Ferric Citrate 1g
Bromthymol Blue 0.04g
Thymol Blue 0.04
Agar 14g
Final pH: 8.6 ± 0.2 at 25°C
